print out paperwork to get up to 4 dogs and 4 cats fixed for FREE at one
of their participating veterinarians. You will be asked to pay for pain
medication, but it is very reasonable, and that is the only charge.
There are four different programs offered for shots and license, but if
you just want your animal fixed then it is FREE. The voucher is sent to
your home and you have three months to make the appointment.
