When our family watched that movie, we were so taken with how much our Pepper was like that Shiloh! She is a beautiful Beagle, standing 13" tall and always ready for a hug or a romp. When we elect to breed one of our dogs we are careful that they are a gorgeous example  of the breed standard and are a good temperament for the family.

Pepper is an ideal dog for a family, being a great size and strength to endure young children, yet not too big, that she can't be a lap dog, too. Beagles love hugging and love getting as close to you as they possibly can get. When Pepper hugs me, it feels like she is trying to push her way into me. Look at her below with my middle daughter.

Pepper loves both men and women and was a Valentine's Day present for my husband. She loves his lap, too.

We had never known a hound dog before and while Pepper does not usually use her hound voice, it is something for buyers to think about in a neighborhood. Hound dogs can put their noses up and hound howl.  The sire of the puppies is "BL Bubba Biglesworth " who has sired many other gorgeous puppies. Bubba has champions in his lines and his good looks show it. This is Bubba on the right. He is now retired from showing. Here are some of his cuties below. Bubba is AKC registered and their puppies will be papered. Click here for Bubba's AKC pedigree. Bubba's father is only 12" tall  and practically every dog in his mother's lines has a champion.

I asked my daughters to take some pictures before she loses her girlie figure and here they are!

It is  mid-August and Pepper's belly is just beginning to thicken to the point that we know she is pregnant.

The picture on the right is from September 9, 2007! Looking like she is going to pop!
